>>.. paused for him to stop and look back. When he did I told him, "You really suck, man. You supported a rapist; a liar; a perjuror; and a man who sold out our national security to communist China." He just stood there and listened, wanly smiling. I could hear my words echoing up and down the street off the buildings as I finished by saying, "You should be ashamed of yourself, Lanny Davis," so folks on the sidewalk would know who was being told off. ...<<
Well done!!
The RATS hate having the Light of Truth shown upon them.

Another surprising best seller eh?
Well done Warlord, et. al. See you Sunday for the cell meeting.

Thanks for the ping tgsl.
You really suck, man...
Kristinn, Kristinn, Kristinn - such foul language from an otherwise extrordinarily articulate Freeper. I'm shocked!
It looks like Sean Hannity will be the next conservative author to top the bestseller lists!
Yes, but unfortunately it is only conservatives who are buying these books. "Preaching to the choir", so to speak. What conservatives need is for "closet conservatives" (i.e., some rare Hollywood or sports types) to stick their heads out and start writing some great works. Aaahhh, what a pipedream, eh?

A fun afternoon! Good work!

Hey, how come I'm not on the DC Chapter ping? I was there, I behaved!! But I'm not pinged until Leadpenny around #8.
To: hole_n_one
That bump sign (post #3) is so cute! Darling!!
To: tgslTakoma
Great photos. thanks.
Ok, someone has to say this: Sean Hannity is a *lot* cuter in person. On TV he's just so-so. On your photos, and in real life, he's *really* cute. I was astounded: I watched him on Fox news again last night and the TV made him so-so.
Ok, yes, I know this is a trivial, silly perspective. But hey, it's *really* a remarkable difference, how better he looks in person. Another reason you female Freepers in Atlanta and LA have to get out there and go see him!!

Oops, never mind, I see the problem. Tgsl, when you edited someone into your ping list, I think I got (inadvertently!) edited out on your DC Chapter ping list. Not like you have anything else to do, but can you stick me back in? (By the way, it was great meeting your daughter: she's a totally nice person!)
To: leadpenny
Wouldn't it be great,----if where ever there is a book-signing, Freepers show up --- and get mentioned on Sean's broadcast!!
Good for his book and good for us!

Neat sign. A "Bakersville" bump.
Rarely do I catch Hannity on radio, but yesterday I listened to the whole show. I enjoyed it.
I especially liked when the crowd booed lanny davis.

M Kehoe's point re booing: Hey, I was first and loudest in booing that guy. Lanny was very charming and gracious and worked the crowd between breaks. But I'm telling you, he defended a guy who lied before a federal criminal grand jury, and he deserves to be booed. Levin's line about how Sean is Hannitzing American and Lanny was martinizing the White House was *hilarious.* For the record, here's more of the girl's perspective too: the Great One is also better looking in public.
Auntie Mame: I don't know who you are or why you're posting something negative in a happy public post about successful DC Chapter activity. I think it reflects very poorly on you. I wouldn't give you the time of day if you behaved like that to me. For shame.

**NEWS FLASH***
Washington Post Fails to Cover Conservative Book-Signing Event that Easily Had More Attendees that the Reparations Rally on the Mall
(Was taking my out-of-town relatives to the mall the day of rally, saw its size. Was at the book signing, saw it's size. It's close, but Sean Hannity's was bigger.)
Dateline Washington:
Yesterday at Border's Books at the Mazza Gallerie in Washington, D.C. was a perfectly normal day. There was nothing unusual afoot. According to several unnamed administration sources, the upstairs section of Borders Books were notably bereft of people. Several civil rights groups agreed. In particular, Barbara Olson's name was not mentioned and 9/11 was not mentioned.
According to several concerned neighborhood groups, Kristinn was not outside Border Books with signs and TrueBlackMan was not meeting and greeting lots of people with charming, unbridled enthusiasm. Tgsltakoma was not being given front-row access to photographs. A line of patient fans did not snake all about the second floor. FreetheHostages did not repeatedly remark about how neat it was to see a line of conservatives in Washington: a line where people actually keep their place and don't try to butt in for once.
Basically, nothing occured, leaving time for a Washington Post metro writer to do an in-depth front page piece about how hard it will be for the Board of Elections to count the write in votes for Democratic Mayor Anthony Williams, thus giving free publicity to Williams and ensuring continuity of one-party rule in our local political structure.

Nice job with the photos.

P.S. Please note that in the above news article, the title says that the Border Books rally "easily" was larger in size than the reparations rally. That's the spin. But if you read the text of the article, you find out that the 2 were close in size and that according to unnamed sources perhaps the Borders congregation never occurred. That's the incongruity between the title and the text that is the hallmark of any solid Washington Post report.

And great fun was had by all!
Enjoyed seeing my FReeper FRiends and the enthusiastic DC Conservative audience!!!!!!
