I've thought that from the beginning. I never read a single sentence from her to the effect that she wanted her husband's death to be investigated fully.

I think the opinion that Mrs. Foster is still afraid of the Clintons is exactly it. No one speaks out against them. What evil do they threaten? Is it a cocktail that's mixed exclusively for each? FBI files, the lives of loved ones threatened, or are they sweetened with a few new cars or bank accounts which stay padded for years?
