This week, attorney Allan Favish, who has waged a long battle to find the truth about the circumstances surrounding the suspicious death of former Clinton White House Counsel, Vincent W. Foster, was notified that the Office of Independent Counsel, formerly headed by Ken Starr, would ask United States Solicitor General, Ted Olson, to decide whether to ask the Supreme Court to stop release of Foster death scene photos that have been ordered released by a lower court. Ted Olson is husband our own Barbara Olson (freeper BKO) who died on 9/11.
Oddly, Foster's sister and remarried widow have joined the OIC in attempting to block Favish's attempt to learn the truth about the death. They have notified Favish that they will seek a 90 day stay of the case being returned to the trial court so that the Solicitor General can decide on a Supreme Court appeal.
This last ditch effort by the OIC, et al, is as a result of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals having denied them a rehearing of the case.
At issue is the question of whether Foster had neck wound instead of the official version that it was a mouth to back of head wound. It is reported that a photo exists that depicts the neck wound. The OIC has feverishly tried to keep that photo under wraps.
In Barbara's last book, she seemed to back off using the word suicide when referring to Vince Foster's death. Perhaps Ted will look into the matter to find the truth.

I was there on that tour, too. At the very least, the body was moved. Foster did not get there under his own power. I believe that he was murdered mainly because of the reaction of x42 etal and how the investigation was handled.
I believe that public officials lose that expectation of privacy upon becoming "public", comma, and I believe that the authorities must answer to those whom they serve (the Public), period.
And don't try that "rule of law" crap on me; I see enough twisting of the law around here to know not everybody agrees with every single law on the books.
Why? Do your fear it will come back to bite you on the gumper at some later date? I disagree with the laws preventing Cops from profiling islamo-terrorists, but I expect the authorities to comply with those laws nevertheless, and not try to excuse it for the sake of convenience.
The authorities? Puhleez! It is "the authorities" who have betrayed us on this. If they had done a thorough and honest investigation, we would not be doing this. BTW, is this the Howlin I remember? You sure don't sound like the same one today.
Hey, can someone from the FR powers-that-be catalog BKO's posts here at FR? Also, can someone put a memorial wreath image on her profile page (maybe an eternal flame animated image, too)? Thanks.
There is definitely a reason to release such photographs when these matters are decided in open trial. There was no open trial, so we have "reports," in lieu of open trial. Reports are not as good as an open trial, as evidenced by the continuing controversy. Making photographs available brings the situation closer to that of an open trial, which may help bring matters to a conclusion. So THAT is the NEED for the pictures being made available.
Gee, you had me goin so much that I completely overlooked that you had changed the subject to autopsy photos. Who said anything about autopsy photos?
And that's a reason to release the evidence, so that people can make up their own minds.
It is not necessary to crusade (I love that word!) mightily against the lies ... rather, simply seek the truth.
There are many who are still afraid of the Clintons, both Democrats and Republicans. It's those 900 raw FBI files. You never know when a file will be pulled, and a Senator is asked to resign so a Clinton can fill that vacancy. Right, Sen. Moynihan?
I have that book next to Christopher Ruddy, The Strange Death of Vincent Foster, Free Press/Simon & Schuster, 1997. Ruddy was crucified by Mike Wallace in a Sixty Minutes hit piece constructed with 300-400 edits. A similar attack to that on Miquel Rodriguez by Mark Tuohey III and the permanent government.
The FBI coverup described by Evans-Pritchard, Ruddy, and Gene Wheaton, Special Agent, U.S. Army, C.I.D. is an echo of the accounts by Harold Weisberg of FBI cover-up, stonewalling, obstruction of justice and flat lying re evidence in the JFK assassination.
The Starr described by Susan Schmidt & Michael Weisskopf in Truth at Any Cost: Ken Starr and the Unmaking of Bill Clinton, Harper Collins, 2000, is a putz. The ease with which Monica outmaneuvered him, and his craven betrayal of Miquel Rodriguez are beyond the pale.
House Document 105-310, Communication from Kenneth W. Starr is a pathetic substitute for the failure to fully investigate the death of the counsel to the president.
Lisa Foster was coached by James Hamilton, and sequestered by Webb Hubbell (who rolled over one more time to protect the First Lady).
Vince had had an affair with Hillary, and was engaged in surveilling Bill on her behalf with Jerry Parks, shot dead in Little Rock two months after Foster's death.
Vince had had one final closed-door conversation with Marsha Scott the day of his death. Marsha Scott was the "principal conduit between Clinton and Webb Hubbell, after Hubbell was sent to prison for fraud." Perhaps Vince wasn't ready to roll over to protect the First Lady.
Hillary's Maggie Williams ransacked Foster's office and stashed her takings in Hillary's closet.
It's unlikely Ted Olson will get the neck wound Polaroid into the public domain. I still discount the coincidence of Barbara Olson being flown into the Pentagon, having been the most effective Hillary-debunker of record.
And we are told David Schippers and his wife cried and prayed when learning of what Hillary has done.
I posit it is more than FBI files.
Many have said "He was Murdered." But, the only people who get to see the evidence are those with a vested interest in: "It was a Suicide."
If all the evidence is put out for all to see, then at least the argument will no longer be on "competing theories", but on competing interpretations of the evidence.
