Isn't that statement unbelieveable? Blackouts my foot. He ran as soon as the police yelled at him, and he doesn't remember a thing, not even the dog chasing him and biting him???

Sickler told police he has periods of "blackouts" and can only remember going to the girl's house to visit her father. He told police the next thing he remembered was being arrested.

Let's pretend for a minute that this is true, and the guy is mentally ill. So what? If my dog got rabies I would feel really bad about it but I would still take it outside and shoot it. Why should this piece of excrement get more consideration than my dog?
