Do gay and lesbian wedding announcements in newspapers promote a political agenda, or are they simply public social announcements? The answer is a work in progress.

The New York Times' decision to publish accounts of same-sex unions was heralded as historic, courageous and a "watershed moment" by Joan M. And you wonder why America is in such a state of decay. Calling good evil and evil good will soon bring great tribulation on this nation, unless America, and especially the government does a 180 on all this pro-preverted family values legislation. You mean to tell me for 200 years Americans, including Abraham Lincoln and George Washington, were bigots, because they made laws against Sodomy, and we have only recently been elightened. And yet our culture and country is full of more evil than ever before. The evidence strongly suggest we have been going backwards BIGTIME, when we opened the Pandora's box to the big lie "they are born that way". When are Republicans going to stand up and defend REAL family values, and tell Americans that homosexuality is a horrendous lifestyle that only promotes degradation, disease, and death to those who participate. Wake up gutless Christian church and politicians, or evil will soon visit your house!

"The time has come for the Gray Lady to get with it," said spokeswoman Connie Ress at the time.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE *** The Gray Lady editors have announced the engagement of the newspaper to the dildo loving crowd. While continuing to reside on 43rd St., she will be seen around town promoting her "pet" causes.
