She had this really bad fried chicken recipe one month. I took one look at it, faxed it to my dad, who is an expert of all things fried, and we both agreed: If you followed her recipe, you'd have very dry chicken with mushy coating. I am certain a 12 year old boy could have written a better recipe.
I still like watching Julia Child re-runs. And I like Sarah Moulton too.
Julia Childs is FANTASTIC ! I also like Jaquer Peppin; especially the shows he does with his daughter and the ones he does with Julia. I'm afraid that I don't know who Sarah Moulton is. Please enlighten. :-)
Most of Martha's recipes seem to either turn into inedable goo, or sound just plain old disgusting ! Even her recipe for standing rib roast looked vile and I can't imagine cooking one, as was called for.
Did you know that Julia Child was an OSS (later the CIA) agent during WW II? She worked with the French underground during the war.
