Her recipes STINK ! I used to read the magazine as a joke book. LOL

The very FIRST time, I ever saw her ( I like to watch cooking shows and PBS had her do a special for Thanksgiving, in the '80s ), I knew she was a fraud. She talks down to people ( same kind of tone and inflection as algore has; just makes my teeth ache ! )and since I am a very good cook, I knew that what she was doing, was a crock.

I don't watch her; however, I think that she actually may be on something, when she does her shows. :-)

She had this really bad fried chicken recipe one month. I took one look at it, faxed it to my dad, who is an expert of all things fried, and we both agreed: If you followed her recipe, you'd have very dry chicken with mushy coating. I am certain a 12 year old boy could have written a better recipe.

I still like watching Julia Child re-runs. And I like Sarah Moulton too.
