I've updated the "official" conference transcript thread with everything posted here to this moment. It hasn't updated yet but should very soon.

I sent a file to update this locked article several hours ago. However, the article has not yet been updated. I am not sure which mechanism I need to use to get the article updated - would you please Freepmail me or reply in this thread with your instructions?
