Have you ever been to Martha's Vineyard? It's LOADED with people like Bill and Hillary, all hanging out together to reassure themselves that they really *are* important and relevant.

I've been several times and finally we just didn't go anymore; it's HARD to relax when you're trying to relate to vapid, silly people.
