Hey I will admit when I was younger and still a Democrat I believed in this mess and use to attend rallies like this, but it was always the samething listen to us follow us and keep your mouth shut.

It is a rare and difficult thing when someone chooses to stop listening to a mindless, but popular homily and actually begins to think. I believe Rush said this, but being a leftist is the most easy, gutless thing one can do - with the support of the media and academia, one is automatically praised not for the quality of one's ideas, nor for the depth of one's character, but rather for the extremity of one's leftism.

No it wouldn't. I think earlier in the thread someone mentioned a black Leftist radio station quoting a MINIMUM $1.5 trillion figure. No one knows how high the actual bill really is. When all is said and done I don't think paying them off is a good idea cause like with all rackets once you make the first payment you're on the hook for good and can never get off. More to the point this country doesn't owe them a dime. They should be on their knees thanking God they live in a free country with unparalleled abundance and opportunities people in earlier ages could only dream of but they're so blinded by their hatred for America they can't see how good they really have it. People all over the world would be lucky to stand in their shoes for a change. In reality what we have is a bunch of spoiled brats who are greedy and never knew when to say "thank you." That's the difference between them and the rest of us and even if they deny it those of us who do appreciate and love this beautiful country of ours do know.
