Listen, Sans Merci, I'm getting tired of trying to reiterate that my original post was a bit of humor. It's not "bashing" it's just staring at reality. Too bad some of you don't think it was funny. What is this the inquisition? I didn't "confess" to anything. I just said that no one should be above criticism (even me.) If you feel that the Catholic church is taking a bad rap, you should ask why.

LOL! The same is true about almost anyone who has left any church. I think they "feel" left out and have to try to get other people to agree with them.

I think that you are make an overly broad generalization. While there is no shortage of Catholics on FR, neither is there of other Christian faiths and some of no confessed faith.
