I myself think there is a likelihood of nuclear attacks on major American cities. I have thought that since September 11. I think that our odds for those attacks go down if we remove some of the sources of WMD.

Hate to be the one to break the bad news to you, big guy, but the odds of that particular chain of events are about the same as the odds of Saddam summoning a mighty avenging djinn to defeat the US. Being Chinese and a supporter of Kissinger is supposed to convince Americans that you are an "objective observer"?? This from someone who's country is selling the weapons to Saddam and upgrading the range of his scuds, as well as aiding Afghan terrorists?

Cut me a break. Jiang ought to be happy with a US invasion of Iraq. Just THINK of all the money he can pull in by illegaly selling MORE missiles to Saddam.
