He did have one telling women how to get money from the government for starting a business and going to college for free.

Carrot Top. Around here he does ads for some long-distance service. The ads are as obnoxious as only he can make them. The only other person capable of inspiring that level of vomitus is Tom Green.

Right on, Bootless!

They really ought to retire Lottie. If I hear that nasally, whiney voice earlier than 7;30 a.m., I usually throw up!

....Why would Dell use such a geek....

Steve is cool.He is young. He is white. He is knowledgeable. He can be trusted. He is free.

Carefully observe to whom he speaks.... a clueless mom wasting time waiting on a store clerk. A black middle aged neighbor who knows him well and respects his opinion, people in a mall. These are all folks who lack the courage to pick up the phone and deal with a faceless person with whom they will spend significant money in a transaction where they don't know what they are buying. If they can be comfortable with Steve, they can be comfortable with the guy on the phone. Dell has sold tons of computers over the phone but there are always folks lacking the very basic courage to deal with someone unknown on thee phone. Steve takes the computer sales battle to the very core market of stores who deal only with those lacking ths confidence to buy something without someone actuaally holding their hand.

To old farts who are veteran computer buyers Steve's message might be off putting, but to a clueless mom who knows she could be well served by Dell, Steve can help her pick up the phone

Steve is a great salesman....when he stays on message.

worst...... The AFLAC duck

Even if I were forced to be Kirstie Alley's love slave while watching the Dell dude and the Verizon guy read Oprah transcripts 24/7, my numero uno least favorite commercial spokesperson is... the Mastercard guy.

Every time a Mastercard commercial comes on I attempt to change the channel. His voice sounds so wimpy and so choked with syrupy emotion, I half expect him to start crying. His demise would be priceless.

Starzz commercial irritates, too.

How DARE they use the finest piece of choral music ever written -- Beethoven's Ode to Joy -- to hawk Eddie Murphy movies!!!!???

"When I want movies, I wanna see Starzz." If it were up to me, they'd get their wish every time they ran that obscenity.

The idiot guy eating the onion hamburger for Carl's Jr. Ugh!

Oh Man! ANY Carl's Jr commercial just turns me off. I refuse to eat their burgers. I'm afraid the pigs on the commercials will be there. Man, those are some disgusting commercials.

I'm really surprised all that slurping and gasping for breath actually make people want to buy the product.
