I do hope you understand that there is peer-reviewed research that shows some sort of connection to MMR/autism, although, not yet conclusive - a shadow of a doubt does exist and therefore parents would be wise to seek out answers, etc, before their child(ren) get(s) hurt...
don't you agree?

No I don't agree. For the simple fact that the autism rate started climbing BEFORE the the 3-1 vaccine was in use and there's no jump when the vaccine goes into use (the curve continues but there's no sudden spike). That right there shows beyond any doubt that the MMR is the wrong tree to be barking up trying to solve this problem, and it's wasting a lot of effort and making people needlessly paranoid and possibly risking the lives of their children. If there's a causal link there MUST be a temporal link (though a temporal link doesn't prove causality, always important to keep in mind). Given the easily identified lack of temporal linkage then there clearly CANNOT be a causal link.
Meanwhile, as with so many syndromes the last 20 years, the definition of it has been widening. Could just be the "epidemic" is caused by the widening definitions (actually it's definite that some of the "epidemic" is caused by this widening definition, the question is what's the percentage). Review Donna's post (late 40s I believe) and compare those "symptoms" to the behavior both you and TomB have displayed on this thread. According to that definition both of you are autistic, as is most of FR (and DU for that matter). Now either there's something truly odd about autism that makes people politically active, or the definition has gotten so broad that it is functionally useless. I know what direction I'm leaning in.
