Mornin',larryjohnson. Can't help but empathize with your sore butt condition - I woke up with it, too. Of course, I didn't lift any weights - just spent too many hours sitting on "it" Saturday and about 6 hours in the pool yesterday paddling around teaching a 5 year old how to swim. Can I count yesterday as water aerobics? lol

I have a 5 year old grandgirl whom I have dragged around the pool. That's hard work. Maybe AntiJen will pass some material I sent her
on water workouts. If you can drag yourself out of the water,like our ancestors and walk on land,this weight bearing exercise is better for you. Even better is walk uphill. Any hills in LA?
