Sassy say's you bet!!! She won't let me dance with just anybody you know. Once we were out ballroom dancing and believe you me, we were by FAR the youngest couple there. One dance, they did a "Paul Jones", where they blow a whistle and everybody changes partners. There was this one lady not much older than me that grabbed hold of me and said "mmmmm, You're tall!" Sassy was ready to go get her!!! Another quite elderly lady grabbed me and asked me how I liked her wig!! But let me tell you one thing, when the music started, the walkers and oxygen bottles went flying and they danced until the last song was played!

When I was younger I hated going to weddings ...it seemed that all of my aunts and the grandmotherly types used to come up to me, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, 'You're next.'

They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.

Well Tandy, my darlin.....thank you so much for your kind words. It means a lot to me, more than you will ever know. I posted that about my dad to share with friends, because I knew they wouldn't forget him and his death for our country. It turned out to be a memorial service for him I never really had. So it was actually one of the best days of my life, or at least one of the most blessed. My dad was no different than you. He was just doing his job and was in the wrong place at the wrong time. So you be careful my dear. Use your best judgment, as Daddy never failed to remind me.....LOL. All my love to you and please write back again. I would love to hear from you. God bless you Tandy and may he watch over you and keep you safe in his loving arms. You'll be in my thoughts.
