I read your original post and frankly it resembled a good many AFer posts that have been placed on the forum recently. You went into great detail how you were upset at the activities of the chapter in question and made note that at least Jim had followed your advice
I jumped into the fray among other things because of this one phrase toward the end.
I won't hold my breath waiting for an apology from the people who trashed me when I called the event into question, because frankly none of them are big enough to apologize. But YOU I'll gladly stand by.
Can't tell you how many times over the years I've seen someone go after one aspect of this forum or it's interests only to end up with, and I'm Jim Robinson's bosom buddy.
Well, in fairness, I cannot blame you for my error. I did mistake your post for an AFer post and wish that I could take back the things I said during our exchange. They were wrong. I was wrong. Diotima tried to warn me, and I misunderstood the impact of her statement as well. So your comments about comprehension were rather accurate, were they not.
I have determined that when I see AFers in the future I'm going after them. That's why I let loose on you. Let's just hope I tee of on the real thing next time.
