I hope this young man didn't die and vain, and that in the future we patrol with Apache gunships!!! Damn this makes me crazy!!! First they shoot at our agents, (mexican military), and now a "smuggler" kills one of our own. Smuggler or not, Fox ought to be held accountable for this ACT OF WAR!!!!

That's quite an overreaction. If you kill a British cop while trying to smuggle guns or drugs into Northern Ireland, I would hope that Britain wouldn't declare war on the US.

We ARE at war! We're being invaded by the millions and shot at on our own borders. What else is it but war.? No other country (including Mexico) would stand for it, but we do and are becoming a doormat to Mexico. It's sad that no one in Washington gives a damn.
