Has the dreary and depressing state of Hawaii been nominated yet?

See post #169. Using the conservative voting index for both Senate and House, Hawaii came in 2nd behind Massachusetts in lowest conservative record. True, it's not the sole indicator of armpitness, but it's a big factor.

Thanks for bringing the prior nomination of Hawaii and it's record of liberalism to my attention -- seems some people can't look beyond the palm trees and 80 degree weather...

IMO, if there's any state who would actually choose to secede from the union, it would be the Hawaii.
