Yeah, and to think I am usually so inclined to non-violence. The man pleaded guilty to sodomy of a child. What do you want to bet that he would have served his sentance, got out and did it again. No--I don't give a damn about this piece of dirt. I don't care that his arm was broke. His pain is insignificant compared to the trauma he inflicited on an innocent child. I am gratified that he won't be harming the nephew anymore. I hope when he does his sentence for molestation he's thrown into the general population.

It might even be theraputic for the nephew. He now knows that there are adults who love him and will protect him, even if it means they have to go to jail.
