While I agree with the premise of the article, bashing the HSLDA is not going to endear you to them...of course these people are not going to get support from HSLDA or other such organizations if they run around publicly badmouthing those same organizations over semantics. HSLDA may not have won the "right", but they have contributed greatly to the cause of homeschoolers and I for one commend them for their efforts. And I would not advise any homeschooler to go up against CPS without competent legal advice such as HSLDA can provide, they lie when necessary to gain control of the children.

It would help when going up against CPS if your wife ran the Child and Adolescent Day Therapy and mental health program at a major hospital. Mine was and we did and we won.
