Fact: The discussion was about a poll by Larry Klayman on Judicial Watch.

Fact: Registered asked Howlin if she voted.

Fact: Howlin came back with yeah, five times.

Fact: Registered came back asking her to prove she voted.

Fact: Howlin gave a LOL and asked how she was supposed to do that.

Fact: Registered then asked her no less than five times if she was sure she voted, and asked if he could prove she didn't.

Fact: Howlin said whatever.

Fact: Registered posted not only Howlin's voting registration but that of five or six other people with her same name in her same state. By clicking on the link you could view not only all of their names but their addresses, ethnicity, voting record, etc.

The discussion was clearly about a poll on Judicial Watch. At no time was permission given or asked to post actual voting records.

Oh yes, and had Reg actually bothered to click on her name he would have seen that she did vote in 2000 and that her registration was inactive because she had requested her registration be moved from one county to another due to her change in residence.

So you go ahead and listen to Reg's side of it over on LF. He knows better and I would never have expected him to do something like this. Much less continue to spread disinformation about what happened. I honestly had more respect for him than that.

BRAVO, terilyn. As another who witnessed everything that happened, I can say that you nailed it.

Look, I don't even know Registered. He and I have probably posted fewer than ten words to each other. I got a copy of the thread emailed to me in a file the day he was suspended form a friend of mine who knows him and was amazed that he was suspended for posting what he did. You're saying there was a site with live links showing addresses and other info, and that is extremely hard to believe and hard for you to prove as well, since the thread is gone.

Naturally, I'm simply devastated that you are calling me a liar here. Who are you again?

VERY late to this thread, but I was also present on the JW thread, and you posted the FACTS exactly as they happened.

As a fairly new poster (long time reader of articles only) I was surprised that Registered kept asking over and over and over whether Howlin had voted. He didn't seem to be participating in the thread, to me, beyond wanting to needle Howlin.

i don't think registered is spreading disinformation on another forum. i saw where he posted "there is no excuse for what i did..." (admitting his error) and nothing further about the incident.
