This system is working well for someone or in someone's interest. They're not as stupid as we wish they were. A person's word, their promise you refered to, seems to mean so little these days. As I told Grampa Dave, I listened to this crap yesterday as I was ironing. It made me so mad I scorched my new capris! I hope Lars does so much followup on this that the USFS is run out of the state on a rail. Watch for BrainstormNW...they may have a piece on this.
