Hmmm, rocket launchers, (live or de-mil'd)? Also I'm by no means an expert but I don't believe the Army uses 30 mm ammo. They have the 25 mm gun on the Bradley. The Air Force uses a 30 mm round for the GAU-8 on the A-10 Warthog.
If the rocket launchers were real and he did not have them registered as destructive devices then there is a problem. As to the 30mm, I'm not clear on the possesion laws there. The rest of the stuff is entirely legal to possess. Nothing wrong with either having an AR-15 or an Uzi.
If I was him I'd be suing for a 2nd amendment violation regarding the registration issue.
