Imus just asked Lieberman why Rubin isn't in handcuffs and dragged out in front of the cameras like all of the other criminals. Lieberman seemed to doze off at that point...
Unless they're government related. So far the Clinton Administration has gotten a walk...I expect Rubin won't be any different.
Are not the Palestinians the immediate and current danger to Israel and Americans? Who's geography is better, Bubba's or mine?
So, x-42 lied again at a fundraiser? His vision of himself as a war hero is moot because he has no plans of defending Israel. Bubba knows that Iraq isn't marching over a hill to Israel. He's still slick and it appears that he functions nowadays in a fantasy world trying to build a legacy in his own mind.
WHAT DOES IMUS THINK ABOUT THAT? If I have time, I'll write to him about Bubba's comments. FV
I thought of your question for quite awhile, and I don't have an answer of my own. But I was watching the FOXNews business shows this morning and heard something interesting as the gurus were predicting when the market will rise again. They were debating the value of all the highly visible CEO perp walks, and one asked why it was taking so long for the Enron folks to get their handcuffed walk in the sun. Molly Falconer said, be patient, they are in the works, that the officials being arrested now, so publicly, are the ones who can be flipped. She assured the panel the feds are building their case against Enron execs, and their day's coming.

Something tells me that Imus is a closet Rush fan. He could not have thought up the "Rubin" question by himself, since he's insulated within the New York leftist mind controlling media.
I'm sure Bernard was prompting Imus for the questions about Rubin with Lieberman.
Thank you. Doing this kind of stuff was a little intimidating at first, but the more I do it the more fun I have.

"...As opposition to Dabhol mounted, Enron turned to the Clinton administration for help in pressing the Indian government. U.S. officials -- from Energy Secretary Hazel OLeary to Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin -- threw their weight behind the project.
"Failure to honor the agreements between the project partners and the various Indian governments will jeopardize not only the Dabhol Project but also the other private power projects being proposed for international financing," the U.S. Energy Department said on June 5, 1995.
The Clinton administration was driven by a belief that India was the best U.S. opportunity to beat Japan in an emerging market in Asia.
"India has become one of the few emerging Asian markets where American companies have bounded in ahead of Japanese competitors, with Clinton administration officials regularly leading groups of executives there," reported the New York Times. [Nov. 22, 1995]..."

and of course Lieberman should call Rubin to testify, but as my article suggests....Hazel O'Leary might need to be called too.
