San Francisco justice strikes again.

Funny- mentioning God is only useful to these people when it allows a murderer to escape justice.

The 9th District court? AARRGGHHHH
To: ValerieUSA
Why can't one side say disregard what the other says? Isn't that "argument?"

They have been arguing over this for 22 years???

Isn't this interesting!
Apparently this kangaroo court doesn't like the mention of God in any way shape or form!
This is yet another outrage! There is nothing in that statement that should cause the conviction to be overturned! This court is out of control and something needs to be done! I know a supreme court in Florida they would love!

You see, Joe?
This is why I said a while back that Avila will
never be executed for murdering that little girl. Not in California, he won't.
I just hope he gets raped and killed in prison.

..and you think like RUSH that America is going in a positive direction. After the dirivative, the housing, the dollar bubble etc we will see the optimistic bubble evaporate. By then the NWO will have stolen your money, your guns & job so what's the diff.

The 9th circuit has two phobias: God and the death penalty. This ruling was their effort to combine their two favorite bete noires in one present complete with the wrappings and shiny tie. Oh yeah William Payton gets to live after stabbing a woman to death several times with a butcher knife all on account of the prosecutor having committed the politically correct and unpardonable sin of mentioning the "G" word in fronf of a jury. How sour the sound of justice denied gongs in Kalifornistan.
