This allows us true insite to the enemy. They will do anything, say anything or shake hands with the devil herself if it would advance their cause.

Hitlery donated $10,000 to Toricelli's legal defense fund.

The RATs don't do things any differently in the Senate from in the House. If Torch had voted for Lott as majority leader, the RATs would have turned on him like they did on Traficant.
I wonder if this admonition will have much effect on the voters in November.

Hitlery donated $10,000 to Toricelli's legal defense fundAH thats rich. Hillary Robbin Clinton's cash to the Torch's stash.

I agree.

Here's the part that galls me no end and I've posted it before. On the day that the New York Post reported that Rush Limbaugh donated $250,000 to the families of three firefighters who died on Father's Day, they also reported that Hilary Clinton donated $10,000 to Toricelli's legal defense fund.

What do you make of this? Dasshole and Co just gave away the biggest issue they were going to campaign on. (If the Pubbies grow a set and use it)

jwalsh07: The evidence was there to convict Toricelli. At a minimum the receipts for his goodies and his benefactors cash witdrawals were more than enough to bring it to a grand jury. The question is, why didn't she do it?
I disagree. The question is why the Bush administration and the Department of Justice approved dropping the case against Torricelli. The DOJ leaked the evidence against Torricelli as they did with Traficant, but Traficant gets busted. Traficant voted the Republican way and even voted for Hastert. What did Torricelli do for Bush to get his case dropped? Very curious.

i guess he will need a loan from terry mccauliffe or hillary clinton...do you really think that these two scuzz bags would loan money to anyone to be helpful? they do not have an ounce of any interest other than their own interenst in their bones.

"This was expected. When it comes to political power, even honorable Democrats like Inouye fall in line to protect their party."
Sorry, but you're still laboring under the impression that there is such a thing as an "honorable Democrat". I used to have those thoughts also but I learned the truth in 1998.

What did Torricelli do for Bush to get his case dropped?I don't know but I'm sure of one thing, it wasn't a date with Bianca Jagger.

Damn! Now The Torch has to give the money that he didn't take back to the guy he didn't take it from who was lying because he's a convicted felon who was convicted of giving illegal contributions to Torricelli, who didn't take them. If I don't figure this crap out pretty soon, would some kind Freeper please severely admonish me???

After the Clinton vote I knew then there was no such thing as an ethical democrat. Today just reiterated that fact.

Senator Robert Torricelli has been admonished by the Senate Ethics Committee in a letter sent to him late this afternoon. He has been ordered to repay the donor who sent him gifts.Baliff, whack his pee-pee!

Tomorrow, I am going to have my usual (useless) argument with my Kool-Aid swilling liberal friends. We all reside in The People's Repulic of New Jersey. Tomorrow's talking points from the left:
1. Sure I'll still vote for him. They all do it. He just happened to get caught.
2. They only admonished him. If he did anything really bad, they'd have kicked him out of The Senate
3. Yeah, I know he's a bad guy. But if I vote for the Republican, women will have to go back to using coat hangers to end their unwanted pregnancies.
4. Compared to Iran-Contra, this is a walk in the park.
5. You Republicans always try to bring down our leaders. Just like with Clinton, you and your conspiracy have failed again.
6. The economy is collapsing, Osama and Omar are still walking around, and you right wingers are worried about a f*cking rug and a grandfather's clock.
I could go on, but I'd need to BARF ALERT myself!
