Ground an adult? They're under 21, they live in his house - he can ground 'em. If they're that immature, they've got no business being out without supervision to begin with.
I mean damn! How hard is it to get your booze at home, and getting something non-alcoholic when you're out -- especially when you know that folks are gunning for you?

If you or I took a drink in public at 20, the world would yawn. But then again, our every movement wouldn't be recorded by the intrusive press, and our folks never lived in the WhiteHouse. When the twins were caught a big to do was made about it - but they keep getting caught again and again. You know some slimy Democrat strategist is going to come up with some negative ad about Bush with words like: "How can Bush claim to be for family values, when his own children don't even respect the law?"
