I am very mad at the Congressmen that didn't think Traficant was guilty of anything but voted to expel.

he is but one of many who should be serving time in jail and not in congress

his long history of associating and dealing with various union and mob thugs when he was sheriff is well documented

There were a lot of Republicans that talked as though they didn't believe Traficant was guilty. But they voted to kick him out anyway. It seems that there was a Democrat that spoke for him. I can't remember his name.

Not hardly. With that notible exception, I believe juries do their job. He has been found guilty in a court of law. Besides that he's a politician on the national level. I'm extremely suspicious of his activities as I am most of those crooks in Washington.

Yes, I watched and taped what they had on C-Span. I didn't see what was shown on C-Span2 because I didn't know it was on. I can't get C-Span3 at all. So I watched the videos on C-Span.org.

one can argue about the motivation of this or that particular witness or the quality or significance of a particular piece of evidence, but one cannot make the ridiculous claim you just made and still be taken seriously
