The only upside of something like this is that she won't remember it.That occurred to me, too. Also, at that age they heal quickly. She can still have a normal life.

She may heal quickly, but perhaps her reproductive capability has been injured and destroyed. That she may have to live with for the rest of her life. I also tend to believe that severe trauma leaves a scar somewhere.
Terrible thing to have happen.

She will remember. Maybe not the detail but between the scars and loss of function she will sustain (colostomy and loss of reproductive parts as well as life long disease) her body will remember she was grossly violated and she will suffer.
I work with adults who were abused and tortured when young. They remember.
Some people just need killing.

The unfortunate side to that: She may not be able to bare children of her own because of this. What will the parents tell her if she asks them why she cannot have children?
