That occurred to me, too. Also, at that age they heal quickly. She can still have a normal life.
The perp needs to die slowly.
She will remember. Maybe not the detail but between the scars and loss of function she will sustain (colostomy and loss of reproductive parts as well as life long disease) her body will remember she was grossly violated and she will suffer.
I work with adults who were abused and tortured when young. They remember.

You are correct. But lets kill all of them in need of killing. The perp's Mom for not teaching him right from wrong. The perp's Father for not providing a "Hunting Accident" when it become obvious that the perp was defective. And finally the perp because of the failings of his parents.
Worked like that in the old days....worked right well too.
