8-month old baby raped in Henrietta

HENRIETTA, Okla. – Authorities believe an 8-month old girl was raped orally, vaginally and anally here Friday night.

The girl was taken by air ambulance to St. Francis hospital in Tulsa Saturday after a call to authorities from the little girl’s grandmother. The grandmother was alerted to the girl’s condition Saturday morning by the child’s mother.

Doctors say the child suffered a broken pelvis, fractured palate and broken ankles. Another child living in the home, a 3-year-old girl, was taken into state custody.

I have been following this thread since it first appeared hoping to read that this horrible crime had been solved. It seems that the thread has died instead.

Come on, some of you Oklahoma freepers must know something about the case. Surely the law enforcement down there didn't just sweep this under the rug. Did it even happen at all?

I am in Ohio but I read the Oklahoma news almost daily. Have not seen anything new yet. Have not checked the online papers in a few days though. I check KFOR, channelOklahoma, and KTUL everyday several times a day for stories. Promise I will send you something if I hear about it. It's probably waiting on the judicial system, and we know how long that could be!
