HENRIETTA, Okla. – Authorities believe an 8-month old girl was raped orally, vaginally and anally here Friday night.
The girl was taken by air ambulance to St. Francis hospital in Tulsa Saturday after a call to authorities from the little girl’s grandmother. The grandmother was alerted to the girl’s condition Saturday morning by the child’s mother.
Doctors say the child suffered a broken pelvis, fractured palate and broken ankles. Another child living in the home, a 3-year-old girl, was taken into state custody.

Conway, AR (AP) - A man has been charged in the abduction and rape of an 8-year-old girl. Police say the girl was abducted from her home and sexually assaulted outside the house yesterday morning as her parents and sister slept inside.
The girl told police a stranger woke her, told her the house was on fire and led her into the yard where he assaulted her.
Prosecutor Marcus Vaden says 20-year-old Bobauk Akhaui (Bo-Bock Ack-Howie) has been charged with kidnapping, burglary and rape. He was arrested later Sunday morning about five blocks from the scene of the assault on a charge of public intoxication.
Akhaui was set for a bond hearing this afternoon.

I don't see that this is what she did. The "blame" falls on the perp. The filth that is modern "culture" is an accessory.
You are correct. But lets kill all of them in need of killing. The perp's Mom for not teaching him right from wrong. The perp's Father for not providing a "Hunting Accident" when it become obvious that the perp was defective. And finally the perp because of the failings of his parents.
Worked like that in the old days....worked right well too.

Death by Insects
--- There are many variations on the scenario in which the person is staked to the ground, smeared with something sweet like honey, and left out to eventually be eaten/stung to death/devoured by insects.
Spanish Donkey / Wooden Horse
--- The person sat astride a V-shaped structure as if on a horse or donkey. Weights are increasingly attached to the person's feet pulled increasingly downward, until the person is split in two.
The Cauldron
--- A iron container, mouth down, is placed on the victim's stomach. The container is lifted a bit and some mice or rats slipped inside. Then the container is heated up from the outside with a flame. As it begins to get hot, the mice want to escape, but there is no way out except through the mouth of the cauldron. So they begin to gnaw through the person's stomach and do so until the person dies.

Wish it were possible. If I could only chose one, it would probably be "death by insects" (with "the cauldron" a close second).
Lets hope the perp (minus nuts, and with many bruises and abrasions) in in custody!
