WASHINGTON -- California Rep. Gary Condit's support for convicted felon James Traficant invites the kind of questions that Condit no longer feels obliged to answer.
Now the highest-profile lame duck in Congress, Condit drew more Capitol Hill attention late Wednesday night by becoming the only lawmaker to oppose Traficant's expulsion from the House. But as he has consistently since losing a March Democratic primary, Condit is keeping his thoughts to himself.

Poor Condit! He still doesn't get it. His past behaviour fed the headlines.
It's always someone elses fault according to these predators.

Condit figures that Traficant makes Condit look good.

Doyle seems to be a relatively undumn reporter.
How come Condit's buddy Berman led the charge against Traficant?
To: Cultural Jihad
They had to get rid of Traficant.
But he is more dangerous now, than ever before, as he has all the details of what's been happening in congress for years. Condit, does not have any dirt other than what the media have made up (IF the police had any real evidence, they would have arrested him).
Let's hope Traficant can get a book out naming names & deals which were done to protect congressman that had broken the law.
I am sure it would be a best seller, provided he can survive long enough to write it, as powerful people have interests in seeing him put out of the way permanently.

"Traficant, for his part, said recently of reporters that "many of them are so dumb they could throw themselves at the ground and miss."
LOL! Gotta love that one!

That's exactly what I keep thinking. And he's got the gumption to do it.

Simply because Berman was the ranking member on the ethics committee. Leading the charge against Traficant is what his script called for in this but of theater.

Another member, Massachusetts Democrat William Delahunt, caused a stir when he was temporarily recorded as opposing expulsion. Delahunt changed that vote before time expired, however, and said Thursday that his first vote was an inadvertent error. I saw that momentary "2" count and wondered who it could have been. I also wonder what kind of "stir" and with who.

Don't you wonder what Berman has told the cops about Chang and Chandra, and Mrzian(sp)?
Like what did you see on the planes?
Like what did you see in the hallowed halls?
I hope Daffy Traffy writes a book and nails every phony ,corrupt, illegal member.

Yeah, that last sentence packed a great punch!

Condidit said, "It's not like this guy killed some body".
To: John_11_25
, provided he can survive long enough to write it, I think Jim is high profile enough to (maybe)not kill himself.
I worry about Richard Detore. That man has really put his life and his family's life at risk. They broke in his house and killed his dog.
