They use BOP's(Blow out Preventers) they keep a constant pressure inside the hole thats being drilled. They can stack several on top of each other depending on what pressure they need to maintain. The piping or drill pipe is being worked inside a tight rubber seal, the seal dose not allow any air, oil, or gas to escape into the atmospher. Made by Haliburton... My post from last night, all of the safety equiptment is made by Haliburton. They will get no credit for this, they have saved many a miner, drillers life. These devices that were used in this operation are usually stored in warehouses, as was the BOP and Diamond tip drill that was used until needed. Also Haliburton makes the device (fish) that is used to extract the pipe and drill bit that was broke off on the first rig.
If the the original bit that broke came from Hal
liburton, the presstitutes will focus on that and not the other equipment such as the blowout preventers and fishing tools that Hal
liburton brought to the site. Can't give credit to a company that does real work and was strengthened (if not saved) by a man who is now the US VP and who is hated by the Rats for his success, can we?
