um...you DO have to feed and water worms in the composting process! Vegies and coffee grounds...and even egg shells. She chops the vegies and shells fine and mixes them with the grounds well...then feeds them to the worms...oh, she has to weigh the mixture first...never more than 1-1/4 pounds per week. Too funny. yuck.
