I believe it was Joe Biden who told the House Impeachment Counsel (forget his name but he is a old time Democrat) that even if you had a video tape of Clinton raping her and shooting her in the head you couldn't get 67 votes. I am paraphrasing of course but something like that was stated. I firmly believe NOTHING would have got the Senate to REMOVE the scumbag from office.

Righto. It makes expelling Traficant from the Senate a little more suspicious, IMHO. Traficant is exposing the wrongdoing in .gov and he gets the boot. Condit clams up, he stays.
