Mother and Father are estranged. But they were staying at another home, together. They thought the child was "crossing the street to her own home" says the LE. Now, if they saw her crossing the street to "her own home", then they saw her walking away with this Johnson man? No?...

If this isn't making sense, it's because it doesn't add up.

The father had no shirt on...and he said he was going to make her cereal and milk..but went to the bathroom and when he got back, she and this Johnson homeless man were gone..(REMEMBER, the LE just said "they thought she was crossing the street to go to her own home")

RM..I hear you. It's like the sudden rash of robberies in a neighborhood, followed up by telephone solicitations for ADT security systems...:~).

LOL....this is harder than a Rubik's Cube! I thought what the father said was that he assumed that the little girl went across the street to her grandparent's home, where she sometimes goes, not that he saw her walk across the street. So, he says, "I went over there to get her and they hadn't seen her." I think that's when he called the police.

Excuse me. But, when I am home alone, whether it's morning, noon or night, the DEADBOLTS stay LOCKED just for this very reason...so no one I don't want to get in can, and no one I want to get out can get out. And we've already done a fire drill, there's no need to get into that.
