I've been to VP before - your description sounds like what I observed. Good to hear you have rolled up your hose.

The convicted Child Molesters are the ones who should have the implants! Course, I would have them castrated, but we don't live in Turkey..

Heck, castration doesn't work for these creeps. I've heard that it doesn't stop the abuse at all. They just use other means to abuse their victims. So castration is not the answer.

Sure, they definitely should be implanted. They're deviates, and must be watched. If the courts are going to turn them loose into the general population, then we should have some protection against them!

Actually, I'm in favor of bringing back Devil's Island. That's where all these deviates should wind up anyway to protect the rest of us.

You are probably right. I hadn't thought about it and really don't want to! But I also think there are several more factors at work. 1) We are hearing more about all abductions in the country, a legacy of the Smart case. In the end, that is good. 2) But a downside of the media attention is that it probably helps motivate potential perps to think "I could do this better. And I'll get away with it."

The grandfather says that a homeless man was staying with the family on the coach.

His name is Johnny Johnson. The perp and the little girl were both awake this morning, and the father went to the bathroom. When he got out, the child and the perp were both missing.

The grandfather says the man was wet and says he went swimming. The police have him in custody.

WHAT were these poor parents thinking of TAKING this guy in? Dear Lord.

It's better for the perps to repeat the crimes, thus fueling the need for microchip protection.

Yow! We'd better keep one step ahead of this, hadn't we?

I believe that is just a coincidence being that over 50% of kids today are raised in divorced households.

Elizabeth Smart's parents are married and so are Danielle Van Dam's.

Samantha Runnion's parents are divorced and so, it appears, are the parents of this latest missing child.

50/50.

I don't think implanting a micro-chip in a child would PREVENT anything. It would, however, lead them to the body...maybe.

Seems that many of these kids come from broken homes.

Van Dams, Smarts are married. The ratio of children recently kidnapped from intact families seems to be proportional to society as a whole.

I'd guess they weren't thinking at all. Many people don't have their instincts intact however. They don't recognize the warning signs that are screaming at them.

The Meramec River is 3 to 4 blocks from the home where she was last seen. The little girl does not wander any farther that 1/2 block from the home. Cops are talking to a guy in a "Jeep" on the Meramec River now. Cops are not asking for any volunteer searchers right now. The Chrysler Plant is right near there, but is on the otherside of the river. Also people float this river all the time. It is a slow river and very muddy.

Ok... It sounds like the house where they family slept is where the father is living and this red headed guy must know the father and the father let him sleep on the couch. The mother and children who live across the street also slept at the fathers home (parents are working on getting back together). Casey asked her Daddy for some cereal at about 7:20am, the Dad went to go to the bathroom and return and Casey was gone and so was the guy sleeping on the couch. The father thinks that Casey went across the street to where she normally sleeps & lives (mother's home) to get cereal. The Dad goes across the street to find her, but cannot. They start looking for Casey and the guy who was sleeping on the couch shows back up soaking wet and says he went swimming in the Meramec River which is 3 to 4 blocks from both homes. Casey was last seen about 7:20am this morning

Sometimes I think if I hear of another missing child I will go retro. Back to the glorious days of lighting a torch, grabbing a hay fork and storming the prison fortress to drag the guilty scum from his comfy cell and burn him at the stake or hang him from a tree.

This waiting ten to twenty years for justice to catch up with these child murderers just doesn't have enough passion for me and seems a tepid justice and a revenge rendered cold by the time the guilty gets to ride the needle.

Hi Reg!

I would agree except that is clearly sticking the camel's nose under the tent.

They would require then that ALL sex offenders be microchipped and sex offenses could be expanded to cover taking a leak in a bush off the freeway (indecent exposure). Not to mention, the less than honest law enforcement officers who swear they saw you yanking your crank by a school and if you didn't, yet are found guilty by way of thier "irrefutable testimony", are chipped for life.

In other words, it would allow for them to acheive their goal anyway = microchip everyone eventually.

Some clarification coming in on the red haired guy..... The mother and father were estranged - trying to get back together - the father spent the night at a house near the home of the mom and kids - he invited the children to spend the night at this house with him - they did and so did the mother - also in the house were the the owner of the house - a woman - and a mere acquaintance of this woman - the red haired guy who slept on the couch.

Hillary would have had them do no less.

Yup. You are right.

But of course, they would not be beyond "setting up" a kidnapping where the child was "thankfully microchipped" and rescued just in the nick of time (perp undoing his pants or something equally horrid).

Stay tuned folks. I see it coming.
