Representatives Bartlett, Ford, Paul, Bilirakis, Hostettler, Simpson, Callahan, Otter, and Young of Alaska who voted PRESENT.
Traficant did not vote.

So it was Condit, not Traficant, who voted no? Gephardt isn't going to be too happy with Condit.

Can Traficant run for Congress again after being expelled? Yes. And he is on the Ballot as an Independent in Ohio's 17th District.
