I guess it's just me, but I have no idea why Europe would want to sign on Africa as a FreeTrade partner. With only an exception or two African states haven't got a pot to whiz in. Does the EU actually envision a time when AFrica will make vast purchases from it? As understand it the African continent owes the world bank about $100 billion dollars. Evidently the world bank will eat that while the African states spend another $100 billion.
Guess who pays the lion's share of those $100 billion dollar losses. Free Trade? What a riot!
Follow the money, I'm sure the answer is there.
The IMF/WB seems to be little more than a system for transfering wealth. Any figures around on how many taxdollars we've pumped into it and our returns?
