Who knows? Maybe you're right. I have heard nothing of that and understood that rebuttal witnesses were just being discussed with the judge today.

Speculation often turns out to be a big nothing. We shall see.

This is what I got out of what I've heard about Goff regrding this case....Goff has been sent stuff about the case, the evidence I'm assuming - could be the testimonies of the other experts though - or both - anyway - he is not saying much - cuz he thinks it's better that way - in case he's called to testify. It's not for sure that he will testify. I think it will be telling if he does not testify after having been consulted.
