We have all heard that this whole time of death thing is Feldman's forte and his client's life may depend on it.
I don't look for Goff to have an easy time of it if we see him court.
Everyone seems to assume that Goff will back up the prosecution's timeline. I'm not sure why, given that Faulkner was also originally hired by the prosecution. Which leads to my questions as to how these experts are hired.
Do the lawyers question them before hiring them? Or pay them to support a given conclusion? In short, why does Dusek think he'll get different results from Goff than he's gotten with the other two bug guys? Or is he just taking a shot?
