"LITTLE GIRLS being GANG RAPED BY TEN MEN" Hadn't heard about the 10 men, please specify the testimony.
To: Yeti
He has no reasonable basis in the whole wide world to arrive at those numbers Correct. Insert your own probality, your answer will be very low.
or to assume that they can be multiplied to arrive at an overall probability.,
Probality theory.
To: Rattlins
The only evidence so far that would prove Danielle was in the MH SOMETIME, is the fingerprints. (assuming they were not faked. There were suspicious circumstances regarding the 'discovery' of that set of prints)
The DNA from the spots on the carpet, the jacket, and the hair do NOT prove Danielle was in the MH.
No one else has thought of WHY?, but I have.
To: Greg Weston; All
OK. If Westerfield is convicted at some point of MURDER (not necessarily this trial) you pay. If he is aquitted at some point of murder I pay. If Westerfield is acquitted outright at this trial, I will also make a contribution to FR. But it has to be an acquittal at this trial, not at some appeals process. If the jury hangs, all bets are off. If he is convicted at this trial, I challenge all DW-sympathizers to make a contribution to FR.

"Probality theory" Did you write the book on it?
To: John Jamieson
I'm sorry...I'm multi-tasking, and my eyes are tired... (*been doing that all day*) I GOTS to get off of this puter.
Let me try it again. The defense should have made someone testify as to how long scent lingers...or did they already do that and I just missed it? Because if he is trying to say that it was weeks or months prior to that fateful friday night..when she was in the MH...he could further his idea that it was a false hit. He didn't do that.
To: Rheo
I'm really confused now...how can you be so convinced that DW is guilty if you haven't followed the trial? Same statement made by DEFIANT after telling everyone on the threads how wrong they are.
At least wilyone admits to it.
To: Yeti
Neither is falsified evidence.Which evidence is falsified. That which exonerates him or that which makes him guilty ? Both have been gathered so far by same people.
To: dalereed
An orange fiber in Danielles necklace is similar to those all over Westerfields house.
To: FresnoDA
This bug evidence is not an exact science. There are many mitigating factors as in weather, humidity, accessibility. I do know one thing, If I was falsely accused of something so foul and evil as this, I would not be sitting back quietly waiting for the ax to fall. You wouldn't be able to shut me up!!!
To: Stiv
Are you talking about scent at the dump site? I am still referring to the MH..
To: Hildy
Only if you'll be happy that one might still be loose
To: Greg Weston
Agreed.
To: crypt2k
The logical thing would have been to dump the computerHe tried, but the cops found zip drives etc all over, and recovered URLs of jpg files on his drive.
and all clothes worn during the abduction. He did go on a dry cleaning emergency run first thing in the AM did he not? In his skivvie shorts in 40* weather? And had a sudden urge to launder all his comforters, cushion covers etc from his bedroom and RV?
Were tires tracks analyzed at the dump site?
No good a month later.

Stark, raving genius, and he doesn't know how to pull out a hard drive and toss away a few CDs?
...all clothes worn during the abduction.
Instead, he takes all the clothes/bedding to a local drycleaner's, where they know him!
Clever, but not clever enough! Moriarty, he ain't.

Cool!

You must admit that taking off early today AND all day tomorrow (after having 11 days off) is stranger than leaving a hose unrolled in your yard. I suspect some "similarities" with the Samantha case. (1) Maybe we suspect, be we don't know for sure if there even are any.
(2)Sounded like Feldman wanted to GO THERE, and DUSEK was about to POOP IN HIS PANTS because the BUG GUYS are inflappible.
I suspect the judge wants to calm DUSEK down, (and possibly avoid hours of endless and pointless cross), and instruct FELDMAN he can't GO THERE (similarities to Samantha case).
I COULD BE TOTALLY WRONG.
To: John Jamieson
Little River, the AM 760 San Diego in court front row reporter got to see all the evidence photos (and juror reactions) that you and I did NOT see. She reported it. The jurors were openly weeping and crying and breaking down. You didn't see that either, did you?
No.
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
He didn't need to, 180FRANK killed himself.
To: Travis McGee
>>>And had a sudden urge to launder all his comforters, cushion covers etc from his bedroom and RV?<<<
Don't you know that's just a coincidence Travis? LOL!
