How every can this be? If homosexuality is determined by genetic coding, wouldn't the number of "guys-looking-for-anykind-of-loving" have to decrease?

Lower birthrate demographics would dictate the outcome that there should be fewer gays...wait a minute, is the 'gayness' gene from the mother or fathers side? But, if it's from Dear Old Dad - how did Dad get it up for Dear Old Mom to have a 'GAY' baby in the first place. Gays should have died out thousands of years ago, shouldn't they?
