Christian Identity adherents who hope and pray for a race war to start are not enemies of America?

As far as I know, Christian Identity adherents are not likely to hijack a plane and crash it into a building, or strap a bomb to themselves and detonate it in a crowded shopping mall. Hoping and praying for something does not automatically equate to actually carring out a plan of destruction.

I remember seeing this during the Y2K hysteria back in 1999. Why weren't they (FBI) looking for Islamic fundamentalists then?
