Spook - am very sorry to hear about your muscle pain. After my bout with shingles last week, "I feel your pain"...sort of. The thing that helped me finally was some very good meds that I know would make me addicted - but didn't - cause I am off em now. But thank GOD for the people who develop medicines for all of us. The leftists hate our Pharmaceutical companies - but I would like to hug the ones that came up with whatever pain medicine it was I took to get rid of my pains last week - and I hope you can get something like I had to help you!
I do feel better tonight, thanks to meds. :) *big "high" grin*. Honestly, I hope I didn't sound too dramatic this morning. I do feel horrible at times, but then the pain eases, then comes back, then eases, then comes back. I really will be ok. It just gets bad every once in awhile, but it will get better. I'm in a bad stage right now. No biggy...just sitting here makes it hurt worse. I have to type for 5 minutes, then get up and walk around. Don't worry about me please. :) LOL I'll be fine.
Freedom...Shingles is TERRIBLE!!!!! I'm sooooooooooooo sorry to hear that. You poor thing. Gosh, I wish I was your neighbor and I would come help you. That's just terrible. You know, my daughter got shingles when she was 2. Weird huh? Actually, she got the chicken pox, and several months later, she had a line of shingles across her back. The Doctor said she was fine to take to day care, then two weeks later, everyone came down with the chicken pox and the day care people were so mad at me. Anyway, I just thought that was weird for a little baby to get them. It's usually adults or older people. God bless you and I'll pray for healing. Please, please, please get rid of as much stress as you can. Stress is very, very bad for shingles and you could relaps.
