Just another case of a sexual predator with a rap-sheet that goes back, at least, to 1994 and the justice system did nothing about him.

He found himself a real home in this Rio Prieto, Puerto Rico. Mothers, grandmothers and other relatives bringing this monster their children to rape and photograph in return for money.

Is this some kind of a cult of sexual predators they had down there?

The real monsters are the mothers and the grandmothers. A man preying on young girls can be explained, but giving over your own children to depravity is the real mark of evil.
