I don't fault the judges as much as I fault the jurors who apparently found the man guilty.

The Arabs hate New York, not America.

Hmm ...

My car was broken into last night. Guess what they took?

They stole my G-D owners manual and nothing else!

Why the H* would someone do that? I had a big tool box full of practically brand new tools and lots of books and a fancy hewlet packard calculator and a few unopened boxes of ammo and a whole lot of left over fireworks in there for the taking. They didn't even touch that stuff.

The bad part is all my maintenance and service records were in the folder that contained the owners manual.

When some creep has the crime record that the now dead perp had, the government should have greased him. The government doesn't half try to stomp out crime. It is easier to pick on people who work and pay taxes. I hope that judge rots in hell. He could have sent the right message, which is that career criminals are of no interest to the authorities if they happen to get killed plying their trade.

"I cannot send out the message to the community that this is acceptable behavior"

This judge seems to have no problem sending out the message that stealing others property is a safe occupation, and that recidivist criminals like this "victim" don't belong in jail until they are too old and feeble to pose a threat.

Does anyone know the address of this judge? If he thinks that defending your property is not acceptable behavior, perhaps he would change his mind if a bunch of these 50+ arrests types showed up on his property. OTOH, I'm sure he could get the police to guard his property, unlike the average citizen.

New York sucks. They keep electing the biggest idiots in the world: Pitaki, Hillary, Al Demato.

Do not forget NY's senior senator, Chuckie "the Cereal Killer" Schummer, aka "Lizard Face".
