This is a topo map of the area where Samantha's body was found. The blue line indicates 1 mile into (going east) on Killen Trail Rd. off the Ortega Highway.

To correct some other info, there are no Ortega Mtns in this area, the local mountains are Elsinore mountain as shown on the map. Turnout from video appears to be on north side of Killen Trail Rd. Decker Canyon is just to the south of this area.

And this is entire are is called the Cleveland National Forest and is part of the Santa Ana mountains.
